NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION SUBDIVISIONS

Owning a brand new tract dream home built just for you can be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. However, it's not an undertaking that you should go alone when you can have an experienced REALTOR® who has personally gone through the process by your side and at NO COST TO YOU.

The reason this is NO COST TO YOU is because the Home Building Developer will pay a Broker commission for the service I will provide to you should you buy a new home built just for you. 

It is important that you show up with your broker or broker representative, that's me on your FIRST VISIT to a new home subdivision. Otherwise a developer will consider you non-represented and they will not pay the broker commission and therefore you will not get the service. 

DO NOT VISIT A NEW HOME SUBDIVISION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. Reread the previous paragraph. 

Developers WILL NOT discount your purchase price because you're not represented. 

I have personally gone through the process and live in my beautiful dream home that was built for me in a phenomenal single family home gated community subdivision in Wesley Chapel.
This process in itself taught me a lot as to what to look out for and how to deal with issues when they occur.
